At Tyrrell and Company we have a specialist division to deal with the day to day needs of a general practice and its partners. We understand the needs of a busy practice and there is not always the time to deal with and analyse the financial data, this is where a specialist medical accountant can pay huge dividends as they understand how a practice ‘runs’. We work with the practice management team to ensure that all the relevant financial data and advice is provided to the doctors at the right time.

We can help identify area where your practice may be underperforming and offer advice when required including the NHS pension scheme.

We also have our own in house wealth management team who offer initial financial health checks without cost or obligation. Our services are endless and we can manage these to suit your practice needs, these include:

Lorraine Scott works alongside Rodney Wythe who commenced his medical specialism back in the 1970s and since then he has been working continually with a medical client portfolio comprising GP practices, individual GPs, locums, consultants, retired clinicians and dentists.
